NeoVintageShop is a resale business, not an antique store. The name has "Vintage" in it, but that's not a promise about age — we sell things that are new, used, modern, older, and occasionally collectible. What ties it all together isn't when a product was made. It's how we handle it, and how we treat you.

Honesty over hype

Every item has a condition, and we tell you exactly what it is. Scratches, wear, missing pieces, quirks — if it's there, it's in the description. We'd rather set the right expectation than oversell.

Care that fits the item

Some items just need cleaning and inspection; others get tested or repaired where it makes sense. We don't run everything through the same script, and we don't claim work we didn't do.
